An efficient Order Processing Begins Already at the Planning Stage
Record orders and have them scheduled automatically forwards, backwards or as a fixed date. First of all, you can schedule the planned orders as a reservation. As soon as the order has been released by PP, the order will automatically receive the status “Planned“. The changing of an order is also very easy with Klaes Capa: simply move the already planned order to another calendar week or to another day – ready!
In addition to determining the capacity and the delivery date, you can also use Capa to assemble production orders, report them as ready and monitor the delivery of the orders. An exceeding of the delivery date is clearly marked. Thus, you always have an overview of the processes in your Company. In the utilization diagram, you can quickly see how many reserves you still have and you can make reliable statements towards builders, architects and employees.
Information at the Touch of a Button
Compared to “manual“ solutions such as Excel, Klaes Capa automatically takes over the information from the orders. Thus, you avoid input errors. Information which is not included in the order can simply be added via free fields. In the Klaes Capacity, all users can work at the same time and use the displayed information for their area in a timely manner.
Existing information is compiled in an overview user-defined for certain areas (for example, production-, route-, construction planning, etc.). Each employee has access to this information and, if he has the authorization, he can change, supplement or print his individual lists.
